My nursing career has taken me from hospital emergency departments and neurological intensive care units to communities throughout Kentucky and across the country—including the U.S. territories of Guam and the Virgin Islands, as well as Barrow, Alaska, America’s northernmost community.
While caring for people from many different backgrounds and cultures, I noticed something important: seniors everywhere face many of the same challenges when caring for their feet. Changes in flexibility, vision, balance, circulation, and overall health can make routine foot care increasingly difficult. Without proper attention, these challenges may contribute to discomfort, pain, reduced mobility, and a decreased ability to remain active and independent.
I created Sole Renewal RN Foot Care to bring thoughtful, professional foot care directly to seniors in the comfort and familiarity of their residential communities. My goal is to provide an unhurried, respectful experience in which every client feels heard, valued, and genuinely cared for.
Before becoming a registered nurse, I worked in behavioral health, senior home care, education, and professional training. Each chapter of my career strengthened my ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and treat every person with compassion and respect.
It is a privilege to serve older adults and help them remain comfortable, confident, and active—one step at a time.
